We Come from the South...
Growing up in New Orleans, Chef Lawrence has been cooking homestyle Cajun & Creole food for years. He also specializes in good ole Southern cooking and Soul food. From Red Beans & Rice to Gumbo and Etouffee, it doesn't get more authentic here at the Big Easy Diner!
Not Just Cajun...
While we highlight the Cajun and Creole dishes and flavors that make Louisiana's cuisine so unique, we also offer a diverse selection of other types of cuisine. Classic diner bites like burgers and chicken salad, vegan menu options, and even bagels baked fresh every morning!
